Courses that match where you are

Not everyone needs the same depth. Pick what fits — or start with Quick Wins and see where it takes you.

Quick Wins

Immediate relief · 1 week

The stuff you can learn in a few sessions and start using the same day. Keyboard shortcuts, file naming that actually makes sense, how to find anything on your computer in under 10 seconds, and basic backup habits that take 5 minutes to set up.

Most popular with new hires and career changers. About 40% of our students start here.

Deep Skill Building

Real transformation · 4 weeks

The core programme. File management and archive handling, system maintenance routines, email organisation, cloud storage workflows, spreadsheet fundamentals, and a crash course in security hygiene. Each week builds on the last — you'll finish with a personal digital workflow that's actually yours, not a template someone told you to copy.

  • ✓ Includes hands-on practice sessions
  • ✓ Weekly 1-on-1 check-in with instructor
  • ✓ Completion certificate

Ongoing Growth

Continuous improvement · Monthly

For people who finished the core and want to keep going. New topics every month: data cleanup, presentation skills, working with PDFs, automating repetitive tasks, and whatever else our students vote for. Think of it as a gym membership for your computer skills.

$29/month after trial. Cancel any time.

We don't cover programming, video editing, or 3D modelling. Different courses, different providers. We stick to what we're good at — and that's everyday computing.

Before and after

What actually changes — based on post-course surveys from the last 18 months.

Without the course

  • ✗ Files scattered across desktop, folders, and three cloud accounts
  • ✗ "My computer is slow" calls to IT every month
  • ✗ Passwords on sticky notes or the same one everywhere
  • ✗ No backups — "I'll do it later"
  • ✗ Searches take 5+ minutes to find anything

After the course

  • ✓ One folder system that makes sense — files found in seconds
  • ✓ Machine maintenance handled independently
  • ✓ Password manager set up and actually used
  • ✓ Automated backups running weekly
  • ✓ Keyboard shortcuts saving roughly 30 minutes a day

What learners say

★★★★★

"I'm a paralegal. I'd been using computers for twenty years and I didn't know you could rename a batch of files at once. Twenty. Years. The Quick Wins course was worth it for that alone, but honestly every session taught me something I use daily."

Michelle Torres

Paralegal, Carter Whitfield Associates

★★★★★

"I signed up because my boss asked me to 'get better at computers.' Vague? Sure. But the Deep Skill Building course gave me a structure I could follow. My boss noticed — actually said 'you seem more confident.' That doesn't happen often."

James Obadina

Warehouse Coordinator, MidSouth Supply Co.

★★★★☆

"Good content, slightly disorganised during week 3. But the instructor adapted when I flagged it and the last two sessions were the best. I'd recommend it — just know it's a small operation, not a giant platform. That's actually why I liked it."

Priya Raghavan

Administrative Manager, Bellevue Dental Group

Questions

About the courses

Who are these courses for?
Anyone who uses a computer for work or personal life and feels like they should be better at it. Office staff, career changers, retirees learning new skills, small business owners — we've taught all of them. No technical background needed.
What topics are covered?
File management and organisation (including compression and archive formats), system maintenance, keyboard shortcuts, cloud storage, email management, spreadsheet basics, password management, phishing awareness, and backup routines. We teach concepts and habits — not product-specific training tied to one vendor's tool.
Is this live or self-paced?
Both. Live sessions run in small groups (max 8 people) via video call. Recorded replays are available for 30 days in case you miss one. There's also a self-paced track for Quick Wins, but honestly the live sessions are better — you can ask questions in the moment.

Pricing & logistics

How much does it cost?
Quick Wins: $79. Deep Skill Building: $299. Ongoing Growth: $29/month after the free trial. Corporate group rates for 5+ people — reach out and we'll quote. No contracts, no hidden fees.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing automatic. We don't charge your card because we never asked for it. On day 12 we'll send a reminder and a link to enrol if you'd like to continue. If you don't, that's fine — no awkward follow-up calls.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. We invoice corporate clients with NET 30 terms. Purchase orders accepted. Most HR and L&D teams approve it within a week — we can provide a one-page summary to help with the ask.
